Sheri offers over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, beginning her career with Bristol-Myers Squibb, and then enjoying many years at Syneos Health where she held various management and leadership positions.   Her vast experience at Syneos Health afforded her the opportunity to work with many different pharmaceutical companies, from emerging start-ups to top 10s.  Sheri has extensive experience building out launch plans and was heavily involved in identifying and hiring top talent resulting in deployment of high performing teams.  She has expertise in building strong client relationships and developing strategic partnerships.  Sheri possesses excellent collaboration, communication and organizational skills, and is extremely results-oriented and focused.

Having a full understanding of the positions in the life sciences sector, as well as company cultures, enables her to find the right people that will align with your organizations’ competencies and behaviors which drive outstanding performance.

Sheri received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University, and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.

Sheri is the mother of twin girls and resides in Baltimore, MD.
